Novi pulls patients with overdue hygiene recalls from your PMS. It skips anyone who already has a future appointment or was contacted recently, so patients aren't called twice.

What channels does Novi use for outreach?

Novi calls and texts patients. Calls go out only on the days and hours you choose, up to a daily limit, and texts only go out inside your allowed sending window.

What does Novi say on a call?

Novi first confirms it's speaking with the right person and asks if now is a good time. Then it offers up to two real open times. On voicemail, it only asks the patient to call the practice back, with no visit details.

Can Novi book the appointment?

Yes. When the patient picks a time on the call, Novi books the visit in your PMS and texts the patient the appointment details.

Is Novi HIPAA compliant?
